Russ Wenham Participates in League of Women Voters Candidates Forum

The Redding Area League of Women Voters hosted a candidate forum for the 2026 Redding City Council race on September 30th. Russ Wenham joined the other candidates to answer questions about the issues facing Redding.

We are asking all Redding voters to watch the forums to get a direct look at how each candidate describes their readiness for the role of a Council member.

For Russ, his goal is to authentically talk about experience, qualifications and his approach to city leadership. He gives straight answers backed by a 42 year engineering and public service career, with a clear understanding of fiscal management, infrastructure, economic strength, and public safety.
